HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATIONS

Our office represents the homeowners associations for many of the subdivisions and planned unit developments, in the Valley.  We manage for both developers and homeowners.  We are active in the crucial turnover processes from developer to homeowners and the subsequent management of the association. Our services include the following:

1. Coordinating, noticing, and conducting meetings.
2. Accurate accounting and record keeping of  association dues.
3. Regular site visits
4. Complaint investigations and follow up.
5. Aid in establishing reserve funds
6. Conflict resolution
